Energy systems are transitioning toward sustainable power generation largely due to new policies that motivated by climate and renewable targets. This transition is felt throughout the entire economy affecting long short term operations of energy system. In last decade, research community has made significant efforts model its impacts. Typically, these models focus on a limited subset different components energy-economic system, including investments in centralized distributed generation, electricity markets, electric grids, security supply, macro-economic effects. However, there questions require analysis how aspects connected each other they may interact. Therefore, stressed need leverage across domains enhance capabilities robustness their results.
